The role

Your main objective will be solving problems through creatively advising our services to customers.

As a Programmatic Consultant you will partner with customers in order to develop digital strategies to transform their success. By identifying problems and opportunities with customers and accurately helping them to improve the return on their media budget. You will move with the customer every step of the way and continue to maintain a positive client relationship with DQ&A.

Your character

  • You have excellent communication skills and the ability to translate client needs to deliver high level of client satisfaction;
  • You have a sound understanding of the Southern European market, and specifically, the Italian online advertising industry, knowledge of the underlying technology, major tech providers, agencies landscape and online media buying and advises processes including the programmatic buying landscape;
  • You have a 'in it to win it' mentality that goes beyond what you are asked to do but using your knowledge, skills and creativity are able to bring your clients’ business to the next level.

Your profile

  • You have a consultancy mentality, a “sixth sense” to anticipate customer's needs and the skills to take action;
  • You have 2-5 years of work experience with a proven expertise with media-buying platforms (preferably DV360 or or others DSP's);
  • You have a proven track-record of successful business development gained at media agency or on an advertiser level;
  • You are a self-starter who takes ownership of your projects;
  • You are native or have bilingual proficiency in Italian and have a good knowledge of the English language;
  • Enthusiastic and passionate about digital marketing.
