Having demonstrated leadership and managerial skills in previous roles, you will manage one of the business units in our NACE (Northern and Central Europe) region. Within your business unit, you manage a team focusing on client services, consultancy and delivery. This happens in a highly internationalized and dynamic environment, with a diverse range of nationalities and cultures. You understand how to get new and future clients excited for the solutions Incubeta offers, can set the right strategic roadmap for clients and through senior stakeholder management can ensure we retain, grow and see your business unit’s key accounts prosper. You are part of the region’s overall management team. Your existing network helps to find new client opportunities, talent and areas of innovation for our business. You ensure we’re part of the right RFPs, that our story resonates with the market and that the market is aware of our presence, value proposition and positioning. You work with our global channel partners such as Google to ensure the right local translation and adoption of our solutions and services. 1. Carries Gross Profit Growth & people responsibility

You take ownership of the financial performance and growth of your business unit. This means meeting and exceeding financial growth targets, and monitoring how profitable your team delivers services and solutions. It also means management of your local account, consultancy and delivery teams, and ensuring that work done within our central hubs is done in an efficient way, both for our clients and our own financial performanc

2. Client Development and Management

Closely working with our clients is what excites you most. You love to grow and develop new and existing clients, ensuring client satisfaction, retention and the presence of the right strategic roadmaps to help us up- and cross-sell.

You will be a driving force in ensuring the solutions we sell to clients are correctly positioned, delivered and followed through on, monitoring internal and external success metrics and across client growth and financial performance of your business unit.

You will ensure you and your team can fluidly represent, service and sell our diverse and growing range of services in a way which represents direct value for our clients. Your focus will be embedding our solutions in a way which ensures long-term, successful partnerships between Incubeta and its client base, always putting our clients’ business growth central.

A deep understanding of different operating models in digital marketing will help you to tailor the right solution for each of your clients. You can understand and analyze their digital maturity, and can create fitting solutions to advance this.

3. Drives acquisition of new client wins with the sales team

Through your own network and the help of our sales teams, you will help to identify future clients and business opportunities. You know how to land and win RFPs, and can manage a sales pipeline to make your business unit prosper and deliver against growth targets.

You are able to create the right local interpretation of the global Incubeta positioning and branding to resonate within the Benelux, taking into account our positioning in the competitive landscape, always keeping an eye out for local opportunities in the solutions we create and provide. You keep a close eye on market development across our channel partners, competitors and the industry in general.

4. Leads local channel partner relationships

You will be the first point of contact for our local Benelux Google channel partnership, working with a wide range of stakeholders in the Google organization to drive business opportunities, events and delivery against Joint Business Plans.

You will work with our European marketing team to ensure that we turn the great work we do for our clients into case studies which can be used internally, externally and for amplification through our channel partners for maximum visibility in the market.

5. Figurehead in local industry

Your long-standing expertise in the digital marketing industry, amplified with Incubeta’s reputation and client base, means you have a strong industry presence. You will leverage this position in order to represent Incubeta across industry forums, events and to drive Incubeta’s success across a wide range of other areas such as recruitment.

6. Able to build and manage teams

You know how winning teams are managed, motivated and developed. Working with our expertise hubs in the organisation alongside an own team of experts within your business unit, you are responsible for a team which exceeds client expectations, profitability targets and employee development growth. You are supported by a centralized HR function including a Learning & Development team which helps you and your team to develop themselves professionally and personally.

Skills and Experience Required

  • At least 8 years of managerial experience in Digital Marketing;
  • Extensive experience in consultative selling in the field of data driven marketing, including ad-tech, data driven marketing, campaign management, programmatic marketing, ad tech, web analytics and enterprise sales projects;
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar leadership role such as Account Director, Client Services Director or Managing Consultant.
  • Strong understanding of all digital marketing channels, ad technologies, cross media solutions and passionate about (ad) technology and how technology can shape the online advertising industry and ecosystem in the benefits of our customers;
  • Knowledge of digital marketing/CRM/general business issues affecting an organization in the midst of digital transformation;
  • A functional understanding of using and implementing of Google’s digital marketing stack, especially GMP;
  • Capability in executing innovative marketing and ad-tech consulting engagements at Top 250 Benelux-based companies;
  • Personal network of advertisers, agencies, a proven track record in the Benelux market;
