Focus / Tasks / Responsibilities

You’ll be tasked with contributing to defining the DQ&A brand content strategy for EMEA, and creating support content in an innovative and scalable way at one of the fastest growing and changing companies in the online landscape.

Lead content creation and maintenance strategy for the DQ&A brand

Write empathetic, clear and to-the-point content for our website, sales collaterals, social media announcements, press releases, blogs, employer-branding, webinars and presentations

Coordinate translation processes with local country heads in the EMEA markets, as well as with translation agencies, while making sure that the content reflects our culture and tone-of-voice

Work closely with the CEO DQ&A, coordinate the roll-out of new content, and act as the contact point to all content changes happening within the local markets

Coordinate change and update requests coming from the EMEA markets, be proactive in communicating updates and changes, and work closely with the local country heads to keep the content up-to-date

Participate to the overall efforts aiming at improving the content management tools, and be proactive in providing feedback

Knowledge/Expertise/Skills

Experience - 2+ years - and expertise in creating and maintaining content and working with content management systems.

A good understanding of the online advertising industry ‘language’, able to strike the right tone of voice and use the right media and tools for the relevant audiences

To have knowledge of the underlying technology, major tech providers and agency landscape

Excellent writing skills in both the Dutch and English language

Experience in copywriting - concise, structured and packed with personality

Start-up mentality and an all-hands-on-deck approach

Cool and calm under pressure

Accurate, and strong attention to details

To be comfortable with collaboration and building internal relationships with international and cross-functional teams

To have the ‘in it to win it’ mentality that exceeds being told what to do but means using your knowledge, skills and creativity to bring our content management to the next level
