Focus / Tasks / Responsibilities

You’ll be tasked with contributing to shaping, growing, cultivating and building out the DQ&A brand strategy, and creating support content in an innovative and scalable way at one of the fastest growing and changing companies in the online landscape.

You will lead the DQ&A brand into a new phase of high-quality brand communication, underpinned by high-quality creation of content, supporting sales teams in important pitches, owning the website content and helping DQ&A maintain and grow its leading position in the digital marketing ecosystem through innovative communication strategies and engaging social media activity.

We expect you to write empathetic, clear and to-the-point content for our website, sales collaterals, social media announcements, press releases, blogs, employer-branding, webinars and presentations, as well as being able to graphically translate big concepts into clear, understandable design which fits our brand story and position in the market.

In your role, you will coordinate translation processes with local country heads in the local markets, as well as with translation agencies, while making sure that the content reflects our culture and tone-of-voice in a uniform way. You will connect to our key suppliers and stakeholders to ensure case studies are developed, shared and of excellent quality.

You will work closely with the CEO DQ&A and local leadership teams, coordinate the roll-out of new content, and act as the contact point to all content changes happening within the local markets. You’ll take the charge in hosting our webinar events, are extrovert in your communication style, and love to represent the business at tradeshows and other industry events.

We expect you to participate in the overall efforts aiming at improving the content management, website and social media tools, and be proactive in providing feedback. You have excellent writing and editing skills, of course, with a conversational tone and a flair for clear, plain language. (Is passive voice hated by you? Yes? Good!) You can weave cohesive storytelling into our pages (online/offline) and see how your content supports a larger strategy.
