Who we are looking for

We are looking for an experienced Python developer who wants to join our Incubeta developer team. In this role, you will be a part of a team of three other developers responsible for developing one of our products that work in connection with the Google Marketing Platform.

What we do and how we work

We have our development teams in The Netherlands and The UK, but we also work remotely with team members from other countries (India, Belorussia, Poland). We manage and build three B-to-B customer products in parallel, and we also take care of several internal tools. In product development, we rely on our customer's opinions and user experience, and our goal is to deliver the highest business value to our end customers. We achieve this by doing user research and ideation to ensure that what we develop generates the most value for our clients.

Purpose of the role

Implementer of technical solutions for client projects and thought out in collaboration with the Product Manager in Google Marketing Platform (GMPM) that help clients to gain an advantage in the market and maximize revenue.

Domain knowledge

Must have

  • Python expertise
  • Javascript knowledge
  • SQL / NoSQL fluency (Postgres / MongoDB)
  • Familiar with agile development methods and ceremonies (SCRUM/KANBAN)

Nice to have

  • Google Marketing Platform experience (DV360, CM360)
  • Google Cloud universe experience
  • Data engineering experience (Working with GMP dataset, GA data, creating Google Data Studio dashboards)


  • Be a part of the team at all times and help/encourage other team members
  • Think about and focus on valuable solutions for the user problems/journeys (no-coding 🐵)
  • Write high quality, testable and tested code
  • Build and manage REST API's
  • Design and implementation of data manipulation tasks (JSON, CSV, BigQuery, Python, Javascript)

Our Hiring Process

We have an initial interview first when one of our hiring managers takes you through our hiring process and where both you and we have the opportunity to make sure we have a cultural fit. We also will talk about your expectations regarding your salary, benefits, etc. The second step is a technical assignment focusing on real, everyday problems you need to tackle in the future as our team member. Yes, it means we won't ask you to solve problems that you never face here in the future! :) After the assignment, we have a technical interview to discuss your solution, and if everything goes fine, you will get an offer from us.
